  • Contact Data: includes billing address, email address, and telephone numbers.
  • Communication Data: includes audio recordings of calls, generated transcripts, and SMS metadata processed by our automated systems on your behalf.
  • Technical Data: includes internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting, and operating system.

3. How We Use Your Data

We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:

  • Where we need to perform the contract we are about to enter into or have entered into with you.
  • Where it is necessary for our legitimate interests (or those of a third party) and your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests.
  • Where we need to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.

4. Telephony & AI Processing (Twilio Integration)

When utilizing our platform, you understand that telephony routing and SMS messaging is facilitated through third-party carriers (such as Twilio). Data passed through these carriers is subject to their respective privacy controls. To deliver real-time conversational voice, audio and transcripts are processed by the following AI sub-processors solely for the purpose of executing your designed prompts and extracting structured metadata: Deepgram (speech-to-text transcription), OpenAI GPT-4o (conversation reasoning), and ElevenLabs (text-to-speech synthesis). We do not permit these third-party AI providers to use your call data for training their foundational models.

5. Data Security

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors, and other third parties who have a business need to know. They will only process your personal data on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.
